Nkosi & Magwaza Attorneys Inc. is a 100% South African Black-Owned and managed law firm. The firm was founded in and operates from the town of Ermelo in the Mpumalanga Province. Our passion is to serve the public with affordable and reliable legal services. We are dedicated and committed to our work in order to deliver justice for all our clients.
Our attorneys are able to work across a vast number of legal areas, and our practitioners are dedicated to and focus on various specific areas of law which gives our clients the benefit of a higher level of expertise.

Sakhile Nkosi

Following in the footsteps of Nelson Mandela, and also inspired by the likes of Mbhokane and Sigcoko Siyancinca from the radio show ‘Khala Mdumbadumbane’ from the Kingdom of Eswatini, coming from a poor background, Mr. Nkosi started school at Bukhosibetfu Primary from a small village called Driekoppies, in Mpumalanga Province.
He completed Grade 12 in 2010 at Driekoppies Combined School. Finished his first degree (Bachelor of Art – Philosophy, Politics and Law) in 2013, his second degree (Bachelor of Laws – LLB) in 2016 and his last degree (LLM – Masters in Business Law) in 2018.
He then went on to be admitted as an Attorney of the High Court. To add knowledge, he is currently pursuing a PhD Degree (LLD) in Employment Law with the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Lastly, proper administration of justice forms part of his DNA.
